What age is the Flair Zoey Upholstered Bunk Bed suitable for?
This bunk bed is best suited to children who can safely climb the ladder. The upper bunk is not suitable for children under six years old.
What is the maximum weight limit for each bunk?
The upper bunk supports approximately 80kg, while the lower bunk supports approximately 100kg.
Is the ladder reversible on the Flair Zoey Bunk Bed?
The ladder is not reversible on the Flair Zoey Pink Bunk Bed. We recommend checking your room layout before ordering to ensure the ladder position will work in your space.
What is the distance between the bunks on the Flair Zoey Bunk Bed?
The distance between the lower and upper bunk on the Flair Zoey Upholstered Bunk Bed is 91cm. This gives the lower bunk a comfortable amount of sitting and sleeping space.
Can the ladder/stairs/chaise be fitted on either side (left or right)?
Most of our bunk beds, high sleepers, mid sleepers and cabin beds are not reversible; they can only be assembled as shown in the product photos. A few models have reversible ladders or drawers, so ask us about the specific bed and we'll check.
Can the bunk bed be split into two single beds?
Only beds described as 'detachable' can be separated into individual beds. Other bunk and triple beds can't be split.
How thick a mattress can I use / what mattress depth is recommended?
It depends on the bed; the recommended maximum mattress depth is given on the product page. For bunk beds, mid sleepers and high sleepers it is usually around 15-16 cm, so the safety rails stay effective.
What size mattress do I need for this bed?
Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (for example Single 90 x 190cm, Small Double 120 x 190cm), and some take continental sizes (for example 90 x 200cm), so please check before ordering a mattress elsewhere.
