Beds and bookshelf all feel sturdy as individuals. The top bunk wobbles the whole unit now that’s it’s attached but that is to be expected based on the design. The drawers are lovely, but only go 1/2 way … but great for a little tunnel for the kids to crawl through. The green is lovely, but I slightly over tightened one bold and it cracked some of the green paint off. Thankfully that is on the side where the wall is, so it was fine.

This is ok for my younger grand children but will not be strong enough to take them as they get heavier. Problems with adults trying to make the top bunk - I had to get my household steps and then was difficult. Also all the screws are showing , I’m not sure why they couldn’t have covers over , the aesthetic would be improved. These are not shown on the photographs available on website The idea of the shelving at one end of the bed is excellent

Grea8 quality , I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to buy a bunk bed that will give a royal look to kids bedroom.

Felt a bit flimsy putting it together but more solid once fully constructed. Some of the parts still feel thin but bed has supported an adults weight. Came with some white marks to parts of the green frame which was a little disappointing.

Can the ladder/stairs/chaise be fitted on either side (left or right)?
Most of our bunk beds, high sleepers, mid sleepers and cabin beds are not reversible; they can only be assembled as shown in the product photos. A few models have reversible ladders or drawers, so ask us about the specific bed and we'll check.
What age is this bunk bed / high sleeper suitable for?
The top bunk of a bunk bed or high sleeper isn't suitable for children under 6 because of the risk of falls. Older children, teenagers and adults can use them as long as they are within the stated weight limit (including the mattress).
What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
Can the bunk bed be split into two single beds?
Only beds described as 'detachable' can be separated into individual beds. Other bunk and triple beds can't be split.
How thick a mattress can I use / what mattress depth is recommended?
It depends on the bed; the recommended maximum mattress depth is given on the product page. For bunk beds, mid sleepers and high sleepers it is usually around 15-16 cm, so the safety rails stay effective.
What size mattress do I need for this bed?
Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (for example Single 90 x 190cm, Small Double 120 x 190cm), and some take continental sizes (for example 90 x 200cm), so please check before ordering a mattress elsewhere.
Does the bed come with a mattress?
Beds are sold without a mattress unless the listing says one is included. Mattresses are an optional add-on you can select on the product page.
