Great bed, my children love it and both sleep really well. It took a while to construct but very clear instructions and easy to follow just a lot of parts but definitely worth it

Can the stairs be moved to the other side?
I'm afraid the stairs are not reversible for the Flair Slick Staircase Bunk Bed Grey With Shelves. You may download the assembly instructions from this page that you can use as a reference.
Are both top and bottom both singles?
Yes, the Flair Slick Staircase Bunk Bed Grey With Shelves takes a standard Single(3'0 x 6'3) size mattress for both the top and bottom bunk.
What is the frame made from please and is it suitable for teenagers?
The Flair Slick Staircase Bunk Bed Grey With Shelves is made from MDF. This bed is tested to take up to 12 stone each bunk.
Can the ladder/stairs/chaise be fitted on either side (left or right)?
Most of our bunk beds, high sleepers, mid sleepers and cabin beds are not reversible; they can only be assembled as shown in the product photos. A few models have reversible ladders or drawers, so ask us about the specific bed and we'll check.
What age is this bunk bed / high sleeper suitable for?
The top bunk of a bunk bed or high sleeper isn't suitable for children under 6 because of the risk of falls. Older children, teenagers and adults can use them as long as they are within the stated weight limit (including the mattress).
What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You have 14 days to cancel, and the item must be unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and boxes. You pay the return cost: send it back with an established courier (keep proof of postage), or ask us to collect it for €132, deducted from your refund. Hygiene-sealed products can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. See returns and cancellations.
