Does the TV stand rotate?
Yes, it does! The TV mount swivels, so you can turn the screen to find the perfect viewing angle, whether you're tucked up in bed or relaxing elsewhere in the room. It's a lovely little touch that makes movie nights and lazy mornings even more comfortable.
What size TV fits on the Alister bed?
The footboard mount holds TVs up to 32 inches. The TV isn’t included.
What mattress do I need?
The single takes a standard UK single mattress (90 x 190cm) and the small double takes a UK small double (120 x 190cm). For the ottoman to lift properly, choose a mattress up to 16cm deep.
How does the storage open?
The base lifts from the side to reveal the storage space underneath the mattress, which is handy if the bed is pushed against a wall at the foot end.
How much weight can the bed hold?
The bed supports a maximum user weight of 120kg.
What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You have 14 days to cancel, and the item must be unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and boxes. You pay the return cost: send it back with an established courier (keep proof of postage), or ask us to collect it for €132, deducted from your refund. Hygiene-sealed products can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. See returns and cancellations.
