    Looks lovely but really not the best quality product. I can’t fault it given the price, as you get what you pay for. We were looking for something affordable for our toddlers room and this was perfect for that but it arrived with chips that had been covered with stickers the same colour as the wood. The doors are also a bit difficult to open if you don’t push it in the exact place but it does the job and looks nice.

Can I get the assembly instructions?

Assembly instructions are included in the box. If you've lost them or need a copy, contact us with the product name or order number and we can email them to you.

Can I customise, resize or paint the furniture?

No. We don't offer customisation (sizes, colours, layouts or swapping parts); beds can only be supplied and assembled as shown on the website. If you paint or alter an item yourself, this may affect the warranty.

Do you offer an assembly service?

No, we don't offer an assembly service. Items are delivered flat-packed with assembly instructions. If you need help, you could use an independent flat-pack assembly company (we're not affiliated with any).

What are the full dimensions of this product?
