Tell us who the mattress is for, how you sleep and what you like, and we'll suggest a firmness and a type, with mattresses in stock for delivery in Ireland at today's prices.
How the quiz decides
- Firmness comes from your sleeping position and weight range, using the general rules of thumb in our firmness guide.
- Type comes from how you sleep: if you sleep hot, sprung and hybrid mattresses let more air move through than solid foam; if you share, pocket springs and memory foam pass on less movement than an open-coil unit.
- For a child's bed, the quiz asks the maximum mattress depth marked on raised beds and only shows mattresses that fit it.

Does the quiz only show mattresses in stock?
Yes. The quiz only suggests mattresses that are live and in stock on bedkingdom.ie, with current prices.
What if I do not know my bunk bed’s maximum mattress depth?
Bunk beds and high sleepers made to EN 747 are marked with the maximum mattress thickness, on the frame, a label or in the instructions. If you cannot find it, check the bed product page or contact us before ordering.
