The product page shows current availability: out-of-stock items show an estimated pre-order lead time. Our website works on a first-come, first-served basis, so stock can't be reserved until you place an order.

Yes. You have 14 days to cancel, and the item must be unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and boxes. You pay the return cost: send it back with an established courier (keep proof of postage), or ask us to collect it for €132, deducted from your refund. Hygiene-sealed products can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. See returns and cancellations.

Delivery is free on orders over €250. Orders under €250 have a €50 delivery charge. See delivery information.
