Questions & Answers (8)

Answers from the bedkingdom team.

Can the ladder be fitted either side or just on the left?

Yes, the ladder for the Noomi Solid Wood Shorty Midsleeper White is interchangeable.

What height is the clearance under bed?

The underbed clearance for the Noomi Solid Wood Shorty Midsleeper White is 41.5cm. You may download the beds full dimensions from the website that you can use as a reference.

What size mattress would you need?

The Noomi Solid Wood Shorty Midsleeper White takes a Shorty Size 75x175cm mattress.

Hello Can you tell me what is the maximum weight for this bed?? Thanks

The Noomi Solid Wood Shorty Midsleeper White is tested to take up to 12 stone.

Can the ladder/stairs/chaise be fitted on either side (left or right)?

Most of our bunk beds, high sleepers, mid sleepers and cabin beds are not reversible; they can only be assembled as shown in the product photos. A few models have reversible ladders or drawers, so ask us about the specific bed and we'll check.

What age is this bunk bed / high sleeper suitable for?

The top bunk of a bunk bed or high sleeper isn't suitable for children under 6 because of the risk of falls. Older children, teenagers and adults can use them as long as they are within the stated weight limit (including the mattress).

Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?

Yes. You have 14 days to cancel, and the item must be unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and boxes. You pay the return cost: send it back with an established courier (keep proof of postage), or ask us to collect it for €132, deducted from your refund. Hygiene-sealed products can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. See returns and cancellations.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over €250. Orders under €250 have a €50 delivery charge. See delivery information.
