Is the Noomi Nora Mid Sleeper suitable for younger children?
As this is a raised mid sleeper bed, it is best suited to children who can safely climb in and out of bed using the ladder. Raised beds are generally not suitable for children under six years old.
What are the internal dimensions of the cube storage?
The internal dimensions of each cube are D34cm x W37cm x H33cm. This makes the cube unit useful for storing books, toys, folded clothes and everyday bedroom essentials.
What is included with the Noomi Nora Mid Sleeper Storage Cabin?
This full set includes the mid sleeper bed frame, cube unit and chest of drawers. It gives you a complete sleep, study and storage setup in one coordinated design.
Is the ladder reversible?
Yes, the ladder is reversible, giving you more flexibility when planning your child’s bedroom layout. This can help you position the bed more easily around doors, windows and other furniture.
Can the ladder/stairs/chaise be fitted on either side (left or right)?
Most of our bunk beds, high sleepers, mid sleepers and cabin beds are not reversible; they can only be assembled as shown in the product photos. A few models have reversible ladders or drawers, so ask us about the specific bed and we'll check.
What age is this bunk bed / high sleeper suitable for?
The top bunk of a bunk bed or high sleeper isn't suitable for children under 6 because of the risk of falls. Older children, teenagers and adults can use them as long as they are within the stated weight limit (including the mattress).
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You have 14 days to cancel, and the item must be unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and boxes. You pay the return cost: send it back with an established courier (keep proof of postage), or ask us to collect it for €132, deducted from your refund. Hygiene-sealed products can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. See returns and cancellations.
