    Cheap and cheerful. Easy to assemble and decent size drawer volume. Could do however with an extra support in middle of each drawer to prevent base from being pushed through by clothes forced in by children.

Can I get the assembly instructions?

Assembly instructions are included in the box. If you've lost them or need a copy, contact us with the product name or order number and we can email them to you.

Can I customise, resize or paint the furniture?

No. We don't offer customisation (sizes, colours, layouts or swapping parts); beds can only be supplied and assembled as shown on the website. If you paint or alter an item yourself, this may affect the warranty.

Do you offer an assembly service?

No, we don't offer an assembly service. Items are delivered flat-packed with assembly instructions. If you need help, you could use an independent flat-pack assembly company (we're not affiliated with any).

What are the full dimensions of this product?

Full dimensions are on the product page, in the specifications and the dimension diagram; all measurements are approximate. If the measurement you need isn't listed, contact us and we'll check with the manufacturer.

What does the colour look like in real life / is it closer to X or Y?

Yes. You have 14 days to cancel, and the item must be unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and boxes. You pay the return cost: send it back with an established courier (keep proof of postage), or ask us to collect it for €132, deducted from your refund. Hygiene-sealed products can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. See returns and cancellations.
