Bed build quality seems great, very sturdy, kids love it, too many nice beds to choose from on the Bedkingdom website but eventually chose this one. Delivery service was also great. Would highly recommend Bedkingdom

Looks nice once it’s up. Some bits seem a bit flimsy. Instructions say it takes 2 people 2 hours to put up. It took a lot longer! Also instructions for the steps weren’t right

Can the stairs be put on the other side (right hand side)
I'm afraid the stairs for the Flair Slick Staircase Bunk Bed White is not reversible.
What is the maximum weight on the top bed
The Flair Slick Staircase Bunk Bed White is tested to take up to 12 stone each bunk.
Are these normal sized singles?
Yes, the Flair Slick Staircase Bunk Bed White fits a standard Single: 3'0", 90x190cm size mattress for both bunks.
Can the ladder/stairs/chaise be fitted on either side (left or right)?
Most of our bunk beds, high sleepers, mid sleepers and cabin beds are not reversible; they can only be assembled as shown in the product photos. A few models have reversible ladders or drawers, so ask us about the specific bed and we'll check.
What age is this bunk bed / high sleeper suitable for?
The top bunk of a bunk bed or high sleeper isn't suitable for children under 6 because of the risk of falls. Older children, teenagers and adults can use them as long as they are within the stated weight limit (including the mattress).
What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You have 14 days to cancel, and the item must be unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and boxes. You pay the return cost: send it back with an established courier (keep proof of postage), or ask us to collect it for €132, deducted from your refund. Hygiene-sealed products can't be returned once unsealed, and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty. See returns and cancellations.
