My granddaughter loves her big girl bed! Instructions were easy to follow and it took 2 of us a couple of hours to build. I would have paid extra to have sprung slats instead of the board base but other than that happy with my purchase

Can the steps on the Flair Millie Low Sleeper House Bed go on the opposite side?
No, the stairs on this model are not reversible.
What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
How thick a mattress can I use / what mattress depth is recommended?
It depends on the bed; the recommended maximum mattress depth is given on the product page. For bunk beds, mid sleepers and high sleepers it is usually around 15-16 cm, so the safety rails stay effective.
What size mattress do I need for this bed?
Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (for example Single 90 x 190cm, Small Double 120 x 190cm), and some take continental sizes (for example 90 x 200cm), so please check before ordering a mattress elsewhere.
Does the bed come with a mattress?
Beds are sold without a mattress unless the listing says one is included. Mattresses are an optional add-on you can select on the product page.

Unfortunately, we don't have the colour code or paint details because the items are made for us by a supplier, so we can't confirm an exact touch-up paint colour or supply a swatch.

The internal dimensions are the measurements of the inside of the bed frame, where the mattress sits.
