If your child needs a homework station but the bedroom is small, the Aiden cabin bed delivers both without a second piece of furniture. The mid-height sleeping area (standard single, 90 x 190cm) sits above an integrated pull-out desk - wide enough for a laptop or craft projects - alongside open shelves for books, stationery, and bedroom essentials. A staircase with wide, stable steps makes getting in and out easy for children from around age 6 upwards. Built for compact rooms, it works well in a box bedroom where floor space is at a premium. A mattress is not included; a standard single fits the frame.

Study, colourful and happy with the bed.

For the cost of the bed (looking at others out there) this is an absolute bargain. Takes a bit of effort to assemble (definitely need two people for some stages) but the instructions are easy to follow and once it's done the bed is excellent. Lots of storage (I left the back off the cupboard as well, so that we could access the additional space down the back), and really comfortable. Creaks a little, but feels really solid - and my son thinks it's absolutely amazing.

Solid piece of furniture with clear instructions on how to build. Some bits haven't gone together completely perfectly but the gaps are only very small and they don't seem to affect the structural integrity of the bed.

Lovely quality, easy to build, instructions are really clear and not complicated everything is labelled making it easy to organise and build. Looks exactly like the pictures plenty of storage space for everything, sturdy and really nice. Son loves his new bed!

Can the Flair Aiden Cabin Bed be built the other way round (stairs and desk on the left)?
No, the ladder is not reversible. The bed can only be assembled as shown on the website.
Is the storage under bed possible to have separate to the bed and leave a space under bed for a den? Thankas
The desk and storage unit underneath are not directly attached to the midsleeper bed and can be positioned separately. However, the space beneath the bed is not suitable for use as a den, as it contains support panels that provide structural stability.
Can the ladder/stairs/chaise be fitted on either side (left or right)?
Most of our bunk beds, high sleepers, mid sleepers and cabin beds are not reversible; they can only be assembled as shown in the product photos. A few models have reversible ladders or drawers, so ask us about the specific bed and we'll check.
What age is this bunk bed / high sleeper suitable for?
The top bunk of a bunk bed or high sleeper isn't suitable for children under 6 because of the risk of falls. Older children, teenagers and adults can use them as long as they are within the stated weight limit (including the mattress).
What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
Can the bunk bed be split into two single beds?
Only beds described as 'detachable' can be separated into individual beds. Other bunk and triple beds can't be split.
How thick a mattress can I use / what mattress depth is recommended?
It depends on the bed; the recommended maximum mattress depth is given on the product page. For bunk beds, mid sleepers and high sleepers it is usually around 15-16 cm, so the safety rails stay effective.
What size mattress do I need for this bed?
Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (for example Single 90 x 190cm, Small Double 120 x 190cm), and some take continental sizes (for example 90 x 200cm), so please check before ordering a mattress elsewhere.
